3D ART

3D ART WITH OLIVE

Aloha everyone! So today on my blog, i'm going to be telling you about my amazing art classes.

This week as our art project we were given the task to draw some 3D drawings. I did this with my dad, we had a load of laughs!

One of the cool things about 3D is that, if you get the shadows right you can really see the drawing as if its popping out or going into the piece of paper!

SOME HELPFUL TIPS:
  • If you're ever drawing fire, NEVER give it a shadow! (because it's light itself, it can't have a shadow in real life!)
  • Always use a ruler when possible to draw straighter lines. It will give it a more real effect.
  • Pencils and erasers are ALWAYS your friends.
  • If you're having trouble seeing your picture in 3D, try taking photos from different angles.
  • 3D draw things you love, things you see everyday, and even imaginary things!
Have a happy, healthy day!

    Those drawings are absolutely incredible!
Thank you for sharing those tips about the 3D art and how to draw those shapes. It's always fun to do things with other family members. How long did it take you to draw the stairs picture?
It looks so lifelike, like I could walk down those stairs myself!

Keep up the fantastic work :)
